License Terms and Agreement
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Those products are an individually written extension that only works when used with Adobe After Effects
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase of the JerryFlow V2 or JerrySFX extension, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal or commercial projects. This license does not include any rights to distribute, resell, or share the extension in any form.
2. License Usage
- The extensions may only be used with Adobe After Effects versions 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
- JerrySFX may only be used with Adobe After Effects versions 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 and Adobe Premiere Pro 2022, 2023, 2024
- The extensions require a continuous internet connection to function properly.
- The extensions may be installed and activated on a maximum of three (3) devices.
- The extensions may only be used for personal or commercial projects by the license holder.
- Any use of the extensions beyond these terms requires additional licenses.
3. Restrictions
- The extensions may not be resold, redistributed, or shared in any form.
- The extensions may not be modified and claimed as your own work.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extensions.
- Any attempt to circumvent the license key activation process is strictly prohibited.
4. Termination
Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of the license. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the extensions and delete all copies from your devices.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the authors of JerryFlow V2 and JerrySFX be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising from the use of the extensions.
6. Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal:
By purchasing and downloading our software, you expressly agree that we will begin the execution of the contract immediately. You consent to waive your statutory right of withdrawal. This is in accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 BGB for digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier.
7. No Refunds
Once the purchase is completed, no exchanges or replacements are allowed. All sales are final.
8. Updates and Support
- The purchase of JerryFlow V2 and JerrySFX includes access to updates and bug fixes for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
- Technical support is available via our official support channels during the same period.
9. Monitoring and Suspension of License
- We reserve the right to suspend the license in the event of suspicious activities until the matter is resolved.
- If the license is shared or distributed without authorization, we are entitled to revoke the license immediately without the possibility of a refund.
10. Data Collection and Privacy
- Upon first use, users are required to create an account. The following data will be stored in our database:
- Password
- We also collect and store the following data for the purpose of license management and support:
- Purchase details
- License key
- Device identifiers
- Your data will be used solely for verifying your license, providing updates, and offering technical support.
- We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensure that your data is securely stored and not shared with third parties without your consent.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
12. Entire Agreement
This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the authors of JerryFlow V2 and JerrySFX and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
By purchasing and using JerryFlow V2 and JerrySFX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
